Why is R-Kelly Not a playable character?

Pretty good game, needs a story line though. HOW DID PEE MAN GET HIS POWERS?... Lemonade? What looks like lemonade? Who knows.

It took me 20 minutes to beat the game (all lives, Yeah!) and after my heart was still pounding for three minutes... Pro-ness
