Why is R-Kelly Not a playable character?

Pretty good game, needs a story line though. HOW DID PEE MAN GET HIS POWERS?... Lemonade? What looks like lemonade? Who knows.

It was one of the greatest flash games I've ever played. If you can there is a game called spore that's out in september. If you can check it out and make a clone of it that would be cool.
